Hospitality Suites

Want to run a hospitality suite?

Absolutely! We would love to have you!

First, please be aware of the following information:

Hospitality suites are not funded by the convention. Only the official Con suite gets a small stipend to offset costs in exchange for supplying food during the convention. Our hospitality suite volunteers frequently provide small amenities at a minimal charge to assist in offsetting the costs of running their suites. Please contact the Hospitality Coordinator to ensure everything you are doing is approved.

Hospitality suites must be pre-approved and the hospitality coordinator must be advised of what you are doing. To contact the hospitality coordinator, please e-mail her.

This is very important: Under no circumstanses is alcohol to be provided to minors. There are severe legal repercussions for doing so above and beyond being kicked out of the con! The hospitality coordinator will be happy to answer your questions on what precautions we require you to take in order to ensure a safe and happy con for everyone.

Web Space Available

You've got your paperwork in, the room is booked, and now you can let people know what you will be offering in your suite this year! Web space is available to hospitality suite organizers that want it. Send your content to the Web Team and they'll get it up there. Please note that if you are submitting a page already in html format, we may tweak it slightly to ensure that it works correctly in all browsers. If you have questions feel free to e-mail questions to the Web Team and they will get back to you as soon as they are able.
