Once again KeyCon is approaching faster than you know it, and this letter is to let past and future participants know that the KeyCon Art Show is in good hands. Chris Reddy has stepped up to Chair this years KeyCon and I, Carol Merriam-Morrison, have taken up the mantle for KeyCon 21, May 21 – 23 2004.

Once again we are at the Radisson Hotel, and yes, we even have the gorgeous Terrace Room for your Art Show displays. This spacious and bright room is the only one in the hotel worthy of displaying your creative and unique artwork to its best advantage. The art show and auction at KeyCon has been one of the main attractions of the convention for years, and I hope, with your participation, it continues to be so.

We will have our usual 4’ x 4’ panels for hanging works and 3’ x 6’ full tables and 3’ x 3’ half tables for three dimensional artwork and displays.

The rates from now until April 18^th 2004 are as follows:

                        4’ x 4’ panels               $15.00 Canadian

                        ½ tables               $10.00 Canadian

                        Full tables               $15.00 Canadian

From April 19^th 2004 until May 20^th 2004 the rates are as follows:

                        4’ x 4’ panels               $20.00 Canadian

                        ½ tables               $15.00 Canadian

                        Full tables               $20.00 Canadian

I have also been authorized to once again offer our special buy three get one free offer. This applies to both panels and tables (or any combination thereof) until March 26^th 2004.

Please Click on the link below for our rules and regulations and registration form. Registrations for the Art Show and Auction will be accepted up to the opening of the Art Show at 6:00 pm on May 21st 2004. Of course the earlier you register the better. We will not turn away anyone because of limited space, as we will find the space if necessary! But the sooner you register the sooner we can provide you with the information you need for bringing or sending your works to us.
