Keycon\u2019s roots are as a literary convention, and as much as we have grown beyond that initial focus, we still honour it in many ways. We have a Guest of Honour who is an author. We host various writing focused panels and discussions. There are signings, discussions and a variety of book sellers in the Dealers Room. All in all, books are still a big part of Keycon. This year we want your help to try something new, to help bring some new authors to people who might not have heard of them and most importantly raise some money for this year\u2019s charity: Klinic.<\/p>\n
We are looking for donations of gently used paperback books(Genres that fit keycon’s focus). Along with these donations we would like each donated book to include a point form (4 or 5 points) description of the story (Please don\u2019t include author or title). This would be an example of what you might do if you donated Ready Player One as an example.<\/p>\n

The donated book will be wrapped and only that description would be put on it. These books will be available at the convention for a small donation with the proceeds going to Klinic.
