The following are our Rules and Regulations.

Art must:
1. be of a Science Fiction, Fantasy or related theme.
2. be framed, matted, or mounted suitable for hanging. Also all artwork should be protected for normal handling.
3. be clearly identified by title, artist name and address (attached to the piece.)
4. be either an original work, or a signed and numbered print.
NOTE:
WORK BELIEVED TO BE LIBELOUS, PLAGIARISTIC,
OR OVERLY OFFENSIVE
WILL NOT BE DISPLAYED, AT THE ART SHOW DIRECTORS DISCRECION.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
5. If you attend the convention you must purchase a membership.
6. All unsold art must be picked up on Sunday at 4:00pm. No sooner. If artwork has not been picked up by 5:00pm. It will be moved to the Operations room for safe keeping.
7. Those requiring an early check-out must notify us before the close of the show on Saturday.
8. Any unsold items which are not picked up, must be returned to the Artist/Agent at their own expense.
9. Control & bid Sheets can be made available ahead of time, if requested. Please indicate the amounts of each needed. (10/control, 6/bidsheet)
10. Prices on control and bid sheets will be in Canadian funds. If you are an American artist and unsure on how to convert funds, please provide a separate list with the US prices and we will convert for you.
3-D Art:
11. Three Dimensional work must have a stable base, or be able to sit on a flat surface without risk of damage.
12. Covers or cases must be provided by displayee, if required.
Fees & Commissions
1) Panels are $15.00 CDN per 4'x4' panel until April 21, 1999 (Special buy 3 get 1 free until January 1st, 1999), After April 21, 1999 a late fee of 20% will be added. No artshow registrations will be accepted after May 14th. 1999.
2) 3-D rates are $5.00 CDN per 1'x2' section of table until April 21,1999 (Special buy 3 get 1 free until January 1st, 1999), After April 21, 1999 a late fee of 20% will be added. No artshow registrations will be accepted after May 7th. 1999.
3) All items sold by Keycon in either the show or auction are subject to a 15% commission.
4) Panel space must be reserved in advance, Panel fees must accompany requests for space,
5) Cancellation should be done in writing at least 2 months pior to the convention.
6) All Display fees are due upon submission of the application.
Payment Procedures
1) All payment cheques will be sent out withing 30 days of the convetion.
2) For US artist, Keycon will convert earnings to US funds.
3) Cheques will be made payable to the artist unless otherwise requested in writing.
4) Canadians will receive cheques in Canadian funds.
Mailed/Sent Art:
If you cannot attend the convention, but wish to display your art, we have drop points in both Canada and the US.
For American Artists from your drop point, All collected artwork, for the artshow, will be sent via our customs broker to Keycon. As long as you follow the parameters, the broker fees will be covered by Keycon. Specific instructions will be sent with your information pack when you have reserved your panels. NOTE: ARTISTS WITH DEALERS TABLES MUST MAKE THEIR OWN CUSTOMS ARRANGEMENTS.
For Canadian Artists transportation both ways, must be at the expense of the artist/agent who is sending.
